Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including persons with disabilities and people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, magnifiers or voice control.
The standard we follow
This website is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, in line with the SEBI circular of July 31, 2025 on accessibility for persons with disabilities.
What you can do on this website
- Use every page, menu and button with a keyboard alone; a “Skip to main content” link appears at the top of each page.
- Make the text larger with the “A” control at the top of every page, or zoom the page to 200% without losing content.
- Switch on high contrast or underline every link from the Accessibility menu at the top of every page. Your choice is remembered on this device.
- Read the site with a screen reader: pages have a clear heading structure, links describe where they go, and tables have proper headings.
- Rely on text colours that meet the WCAG contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1.
- Read a text description of every photo, press clipping and event poster.
- Turn off animation: the site respects the “reduce motion” setting on your device.
Known limitations
- Press clippings and event posters are pictures of printed text. Each has a description of its main content; if you need the full text of any of them, please ask and we will send it.
- Videos on the In the media page are hosted on YouTube, which provides their captions. Captions on some older videos are generated automatically and may contain errors.
- Our office has free visitor parking, a step-free entrance and a lift, but the washroom is small and may not suit a wheelchair. Please let us know before you visit and we will help.
- Some links lead to websites run by others, such as SEBI SCORES, the Online Dispute Resolution portal and our Financial Health Checkup. We cannot control how accessible those sites are.
How we check
Every page is tested with automated accessibility tools (axe-core) on desktop and mobile screen sizes, and checked by hand with a keyboard. We review the website again whenever a page is added or changed.
